Summary of Exco Meeting

We had an Exco Meeting today discussing about 3 topics instead of one.

1. Shooting Tee
2. Shooting Jacket
3. Shooting Outing


1. Shooting Tee


After much discussion, we have decided on the design we are going to use as the Shooting Tee design, mainly discussed about the Shooting Logo and the Shooting Slogan.Isaac will do the honour to do all the modifications of the current design into a better one.At the right side of the blog, there are some polls.One of them, the very first one, is for budget for the Shooting Tee.Please vote to let me know what is your budget and please vote only ONCE.


2. Shooting Jacket


We have also decided to have a Shooting Jacket for all School Shooters.The polls at the right side of the blog.The second one, is the voting for the colour of the Shooting Jacket.Please vote for the primary colour you will like the jacket to be in.Do remember that the Shooting Tee will be in BLACK colour.Make sure you think carefully which colour to vote for to match the Shooting Tee which is BLACK in colour.Again, Isaac will do the honour, to come out with the design of the Shooting Jacket.


3. Shooting Outing


It has been decided that it will be postponed to the November~December Holidays.You may think that it is quite 'kiasu' to prepare now, but its good to plan early so when the time comes, it can be executed right away.We have decide that a whole day outing will be good.In the morning all the way until evening we will go out for some activities (eg.bowling and stuff) And in the evening we will gather at a place for BBQ.All the way until night and we will go home together.Transport will be on your own.Look at the right of the blog, again there is a poll that all of you will have to vote.They are some places where we can go for our BBQ.Please vote.


To double confirm with everything, I will like to have another Exco Meeting on Wednesday, same time, 1.30pm.And CLAPS! for Ixac who is going to do the designs mentioned.Haha.Alright then, I shall see you guys in the range! HAPPY HOLIDAYS TRAINING! (:

Brief Information of what is going to happen on the actual day.

Event: National Junior College Invitational Shoot 2008
Date: 10th of May 2008 (Saturday)
-it's only an one day event(WHOLE DAY)


*Detail 1 (Air Rifle Men) and Detail 2 (Air Rifle/Pistol Men) PLS Report to school at 7am sharp.
Supporters are encouraged to come to school to help out too.
We will be leaving the school at around 7.15am.Shooters for other details ARE required to report to Bukit Batok HomeTeamNS Air Weapons Range, CDANS before your detail starts.

Training Dates

Heyhey!This is your current Captain speaking,it's the first time that I'm posting on the Shooting Blog.So pardon me for SOME of the words that I'm using as I'm very used to using shortforms.Hahs.Well,just some updates regarding the trainings and the competitions.

WEEK 8(6th May to 9th May)

There will be no training on Monday(5th of May) due to Common Test

Time : 2:30pm to 5:30pm

Venue : Shooting Range(West Spring)

*PLS NOTE THAT THESE TRAININGS ARE ONLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE GOING FOR THE NJC INVITATIONAL SHOOT 2008 ON SATURDAY(10th May).

Some Little Reflections

Well , todae was a rather smooth day.Everything was going fine but there were some complaints concerning a minority number of you regarding disciplinary issues.I shall discuss this matter with the EXCO members.

I personally find that it is good if we could go off after the range is closed TOGETHER.The reason is simply because its a good way to bond everyone together as we can talk/joke/laugh while walking.So i will advise all of you to come to the range together and go off together , but its not compulsory as i know most of you will have to go off early after shooting due to some reasons.

I will update more about the upcoming competition.In the meantime,everyone do buck up as the competition is just 8 more days!! Well , i shall see you in the range , enjoy your trainings! hahas C:
